Acquire the Platform
We identify a vertical beachhead — a well-positioned, cash-flowing business in a recession-resilient sector. We acquire controlling interest through creative deal structures: seller financing, earn-outs, equity rollovers, and LBOs designed to minimize LP equity while maximizing returns.
